 World’s Youngest Reigning Monarch , King Oyo, Dies at 34 King Oyo Nyimba Kabamba Iguru Rukidi IV, the traditional ruler of Uganda’s Tooro Kingdom who became the world’s youngest reigning monarch after ascending the throne at three, has died at the age of 34. The monarch reportedly died on Thursday, with the Prime Minister of the Tooro Kingdom, Calvin Armstrong Rwomiire Akiiki, announcing his death on Friday. The cause of death was not immediately disclosed. However, Ugandan media reports quoted a government minister as saying that King Oyo had been critically ill and was receiving medical treatment in the United States. Reacting to the development, Akiiki described the monarch’s death as a major loss to the royal family and the people of Tooro. He urged members of the kingdom to remain united and calm while mourning the traditional ruler. EGYPTIAN ARMY,FREES ETHIOPIANS HELD IN LIBYA-PRESIDENT SISI.

        Today thursday,President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi said Ethiopians who had been kidnapped in Libya arrived at Cairo airport today after Egyptian army forces rescued them.But one Ethiopian in the group,and a Libyan source,appeared to cast doubt on that version of events,saying the men had only been held up by Libyan immigration.The state broadcast gave no details of their identity,the manner of their release or circumstances of detention.Another source claimed that the Egyptian intelligence service,had provide Ligyan authorities with information that helped them free the Ethiopians who had been held by armed groups in the cities of Derna and Misrata.One of the Ethiopians said they had been held by Libyan immigration authorities.''The Libyan government came and took us to the anti illegal immigration body and then the Egyptian government took us from there''.President Sisi further said that ''What happened in Libya is a concern for all of us,and we are saying to the world that Libya should return a safe and stable country for its people and even to its visitors''.
