 NDC STATEMENT ON COURT RULING Our attention has been drawn to a ruling by the Federal High Court sitting in Lokoja this morning, wherein His Lordship, Honourable Justice Isah Dashen, gave a ruling on an application filed by an unregistered association known as Peace Movement Party. The public knows that by December 2025, the Nigeria Democratic Congress  as an association complained of INEC’s refusal to register us as a political party, whereupon we proceeded to the Federal High Court. The Federal High Court upheld our constitutional right to freedom of association under the Constitution and compelled INEC to register us, which INEC did. Since then, we have started political activities, embarked on the registration of members, held congresses from ward to national levels, held conventions, and concluded primaries to all offices following INEC’s timetable.                            Kim Kardashian the wife of Kanye West posted some pictures of Kanye West receiving a certificate from the V.C of the institute of Art Chicago,though i heard Kanye West started attending the Chicago State University for one semester,but he dropped out to pursue music full time.The ceremony took place earlier these week {monday} and i heard that Kanye West gave a very memorable speech and Kim Kardashian was on a 24 hours visit to Brazil when she sent in the pictures with the caption ''Dr Kanye West !!!!!!!! i'm so proud of you baby and i know your mom would be so proud too!!!!!!!''.Apart from Kanye West pictures,Kim also posted pictures from her launch of her new collection in Brazil C&A.She also shared the fact that in her hotel room in Brazil Kanye sent in dozens of white roses.She said ''I got to my room in Brazil and my amazing thoughtful husband had the sweetest note with a couple thousand roses covering my entire suite for mothers Day.I'm so sad i'm so far away on this day but happy we  celebrated yesterday.I love you baby & North soooo much !!!.So i get to a restaurant in Sao Paulo & my husband had an orchestra waiting playing Sam Smith!!!.Every single waiter who brought food said ''This is from Mr West for the best mother in the world''.Seriously i have the best husband ever!!!''.
