 STATEHOUSE PRESS RELEASE   President Tinubu Reconstitutes the Board of the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission   President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has approved the reconstitution of the Board of the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC), following the Senate's confirmation of its members on December 16.   Members of the reconstituted Board are:   • Mulisiu Olalekan Oseni, PhD. — Chairman   Dr Oseni started his service as a Commissioner in January 2017. He was subsequently appointed Vice Chairman of the Commission.   His appointment as Chairman took effect from 1 December 2025 and shall subsist until the completion of his ten-year tenure at the Commission, in accordance with the provisions of the Electricity Act, 2023.   • Yusuf Ali, PhD. — Vice Chairman   Dr Ali was first appointed as a Commissioner in February 2022.                                  Miss Zimbabwe Emily Kachote was accused of posing nude for money and now the pictures has been circulating the internet.Miss Zimbabwe Trust or Organisers have threatened to take action on Miss Zimbabwe beauty Queen,25 year old Emily Kachote if it turns out that she posed nude on the internet.The trust which which manages Miss Zimbabwe,has said that it will not be taken advantage of any more,however they remain tight lipped on weather the beauty queen will be sued for miss-representation.The investigations of the allegations against the beauty queen has been on going since last year after the nude pictures allegations emerged only two weeks into her reign as Miss world Zimbabwe.The organisers have remained tight lipped on their latest findings as they prepare to hold a press conference on their findings later on today.''Emily Kachote,would represent Zimbabwe at the miss world finals later this year,will be dethroned if the photos are authentic''.The contestants of the beauty pageant signed contracts declaring they had never posed nude before the pageant and that,in the event of winning the crown,they would not pose naked during the year long tenure as Miss Zimbabwe.Emily Kachote told a media house that she suspected these pictures would emerge but it happened a long time ago.You must be 18+ to view these nude pictures below.
