 NDC STATEMENT ON COURT RULING Our attention has been drawn to a ruling by the Federal High Court sitting in Lokoja this morning, wherein His Lordship, Honourable Justice Isah Dashen, gave a ruling on an application filed by an unregistered association known as Peace Movement Party. The public knows that by December 2025, the Nigeria Democratic Congress  as an association complained of INEC’s refusal to register us as a political party, whereupon we proceeded to the Federal High Court. The Federal High Court upheld our constitutional right to freedom of association under the Constitution and compelled INEC to register us, which INEC did. Since then, we have started political activities, embarked on the registration of members, held congresses from ward to national levels, held conventions, and concluded primaries to all offices following INEC’s timetable. W.H.O,DECLARES LIBERIA AN EBOLA FREE COUNTRY TODAY.

                     The World Health Organization says Liberia is now free of Ebola virus after going through a 42 days without any new cases.Ebola claimed more than 4,700 lives in Liberia more than any other country.It's neighboring countries Sierra Leone and Guinea continue to fight the outbreak.At the height of the crisis in September,Liberia was dealing with more than 400 new cases a week,forcing the country into a state of emergency.W.H.O officials warned that there was a high risk that infected people may cross into Liberia over the region's exceptionaly porous borders and asked people to be careful until the rest of the affected countries are free.Mararetesa Caccia Puoti,MSF's head of mission in Liberia said ''We can't take our food off the  gas until all three countries record 42 days without no cases''.One more picture below.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
