 PRESIDENT TINUBU CONGRATULATES MINISTER OF STATE FOR FOREIGN AFFAIRS AMBASSADOR ENIKANOLAIYE ON HIS BIRTHDAY   President Bola Tinubu has congratulated the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Sola Enikanolaiye, on his birthday.    A statement by Bayo Onanuga, Special Adviser to the President, Information and Strategy, indicates that the President describes Ambassador Enikanolaiye as a distinguished diplomat, accomplished administrator and dedicated public servant whose career reflects professionalism, patriotism and a deep commitment to Nigeria.   Ambassador Enikanolaiye served in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from August 1982 to August 2017, rising through the ranks to become Permanent Secretary. Zedi Feruzi, the head of the Union for Peace and Development (UPD) was walking home under police protection in Bujumbura's Ngagara district when he came under fire                     Eyewitness said Zedi Feruzi,Chairman of the Burundian Union for Peace and Development {UPD Zigamibanga} was shot by unidentified people when he was walking home in Bujumbura's Ngagara district,adding that one of his guards was also shot dead and another seriously injured.The killers ran away after the shooting.The assassination came days after apposition protests against the third term bid of Burundian president Pierre Nkurunziza in the June 26 2015 Presidential election.Zedi Feruzi was among the organizers of protests against Nkurunziza's third term bid that staged protests since April 26.The Organizers of protests include the opposition and civil society.May his rest in peace,Amen.
