 NIGERIA.& SAUDI ARABIA ON STRENGTHENING MILITARY COOPERATION  #Nigeria and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia @KSA  have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to strengthen defence and military cooperation. Signing on behalf of the federal government, the Minister of State for Defence Bello Mohammed Matawalle, says the MoU marks a significant milestone in strengthening Nigeria’s defence architecture and enhancing the capacity of the armed forces. The agreement establishes a framework for cooperation covering training, joint exercises, technical assistance, intelligence exchange, logistics, and other mutually agreed activities aimed at enhancing internal security,  cooperation in counter-terrorism, and intelligence sharing to support efforts against violent extremism and organised crime.

AT-LEAST 27 PEOPLE WERE SHOT DEAD TODAY,BY GUNMEN WHO ATTACKED A HOTEL RESORT IN TUNISIA.

                 Today friday,it was reported that at least nineteen people have died after an attack on a hotel in the Tunisian beach resort of Sousse.The attacks was on the Imperial Marhaba Hotel.A security source at the scene said the body of one gunmen armed with a Kalashnikov assault rifle lay where police had shot him dead.It was unclear whether there were other assailants.Tunisia has been on high alert since March when militants killed 22 people,mainly foreign tourists,in an attack on a museum in the capital Tunis.Sousse is one of Tunisia's most popular beach resorts,drawing visitors from Europe and neighbouring North African countries.More photos below from the attack.
