 NEMA COORDINATES SAR OPS AT THE SCENE OF BUILDING COLLAPSE INVOLVING A THREE STOREY BUILDING UNDER CONSTRUCTION AT GUDU AREA OF FCT At about 0945hrs on Saturday 16th May, 2026, the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) was alerted of a building collapse at Gudu District of FCT.  Critical stakeholders including Federal Fire, FCT Fire, NSCDC, NPF, FRSC and Federal Capital Territory Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) were activated while a response team of NEMA from the Abuja Operations Office led by the Head of Operations Mr Zakari Abubakar  and operatives from AYA Emergency Response Bay (ERAB) were deployed to the scene for quick response and coordination.  A reinforcement team  from NEMA Headquarters led by the Director Search and Response (DSAR) Air Cdre Bature Usman was also on ground to provide necessary backup and supervision. Dress                      According to sources,St Gemma's Hospice Charity shop in England recently received an anonymous donation.The item is a beautiful ivory lace peplum dress.The shop was accepting vintage clothing donations in order to help raise money for their hospice.The money was for their cancer patients and dress was something that no one expected.The shop suspects that the dress was custom made for the recipient because of the beautiful and intricate details.The note attached to the dress reads ''I WISH THAT ANY LADY WHO TAKES THIS DRESS TO HAVE A LIFE WITH THEIR LOVED ONE,56 YEARS LIKE I DID,HAPPY YEARS.I WAS A LUCKY MAN TO MARRY A LADY LIKE MINE''.The dress was later sold on ebay for 600 pounds thursday night after the note wedding dress went viral.The man that donated the dress was later discovered to be a 85 year old man {name withheld} and the wedding dress belongs to his late wife.More photos below.                                                                                                      Dress 3Dress 2
