 "Worth It" — Woman Pleads Guilty to Fatally Shooting 11-Month-Old Son to Keep Him From Father Madeline Veronique Daly, 36, pleaded guilty this week in Silver City, New Mexico, to first-degree murder in the December 23, 2025 killing of her 11-month-old son, Basil Stoner. Grant County deputies had tracked her to an RV off Highway 15 on a Wyoming kidnapping warrant after she took the baby during a custody dispute with his father, Jake Stoner. While officers waited for a warrant and tried to negotiate, Daly put a 9mm handgun to the boy’s face and fired. According to the criminal complaint, Daly told investigators her thought when she saw law enforcement approach was: “Jake can’t get Basil.” After her arrest she said it was “worth it” if Basil’s father and his family never got him. Dress                      According to sources,St Gemma's Hospice Charity shop in England recently received an anonymous donation.The item is a beautiful ivory lace peplum dress.The shop was accepting vintage clothing donations in order to help raise money for their hospice.The money was for their cancer patients and dress was something that no one expected.The shop suspects that the dress was custom made for the recipient because of the beautiful and intricate details.The note attached to the dress reads ''I WISH THAT ANY LADY WHO TAKES THIS DRESS TO HAVE A LIFE WITH THEIR LOVED ONE,56 YEARS LIKE I DID,HAPPY YEARS.I WAS A LUCKY MAN TO MARRY A LADY LIKE MINE''.The dress was later sold on ebay for 600 pounds thursday night after the note wedding dress went viral.The man that donated the dress was later discovered to be a 85 year old man {name withheld} and the wedding dress belongs to his late wife.More photos below.                                                                                                      Dress 3Dress 2
