 World’s Youngest Reigning Monarch , King Oyo, Dies at 34 King Oyo Nyimba Kabamba Iguru Rukidi IV, the traditional ruler of Uganda’s Tooro Kingdom who became the world’s youngest reigning monarch after ascending the throne at three, has died at the age of 34. The monarch reportedly died on Thursday, with the Prime Minister of the Tooro Kingdom, Calvin Armstrong Rwomiire Akiiki, announcing his death on Friday. The cause of death was not immediately disclosed. However, Ugandan media reports quoted a government minister as saying that King Oyo had been critically ill and was receiving medical treatment in the United States. Reacting to the development, Akiiki described the monarch’s death as a major loss to the royal family and the people of Tooro. He urged members of the kingdom to remain united and calm while mourning the traditional ruler.               The God of Justice is not asleep,as it was reported today friday by local policemen in South Carolina that the 21 year old white man,identified as Dylan Roof,was arrested and charged with 9 counts of murder and possession of a fire arm during the commission of a violent crime,for an attack on a historic black South Carolina church.The man who received the gun as a birthday gift,used the gun to kill innocent souls on wednesday when a group of black people are having prayer meeting inside of the church.Dylan Roof thought that by starting a shootout against black people,it will incite a race war in the United states.One more photo below.
