During Monday’s episode of the Today show, Rebecca, 60, revealed that she has been living with Parkinson’s since receiving her diagnosis in 2015, though the first warning signs appeared years earlier. Looking back, she said it all began around 2012 with a slight numbness in her left foot. Not long after, her trainer noticed something unusual in the way she walked, particularly that one of her arms was no longer swinging naturally. Then came the moment that truly raised alarm. 12 DEAD,3 INJURED AS AGIP'S OIL FIELD IN BAYELSA STATE,EXPLODED YESTERDAY.

                    According to sources,a total of 12 oil workers died in a pipeline explosion which occurred yesterday thursday afternoon at Agip's oil fields in Azuzuama in Southern Ijaw Local Government Area in Bayelsa.A statement issued by Mr Filipo Cotalini,a spokesman for Eni,the parent company of NAOC,today friday in Yenagoa's,said that three others were injured in the explosion at an oil spill site.''The cause of an explosion which occurred yesterday,9 July,late in the afternoon,at the site of the repair works of the Tebidaba Clough Creek line,an oil pipeline in Nigeria's onshore Niger Delta,previously damaged by acts of sabotage,was under investigation.The explosion resulted in the death of 12 member of the maintenance team of a local company of services,with three others also injured.The cause of the incident is still under investigation by both Eni and the local authorities.The company expresses its deepest condolences to the families of those involved in this tragic accident''.

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”. He said: “Our orders for four attack helicopters from the United States of America will take some time to arrive. We have approached Turkey for assistance.” The President, however, stated that the delays were affecting the public’s perception of the administration’s commitment to addressing the security challenges.
