 INDEPENDENT CORRUPT PRACTICES AND OTHER RELATED OFFENCES COMMISSION (ICPC) Tuesday 16th December, 2025 MEDIA RELEASE The Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC) writes to confirm that it received a formal petition today Tuesday 16th December, 2025 from Alhaji Aliko Dangote through his lawyer. 3 BOKO HARAM MEMBERS DIED YESTERDAY,WHILE TRYING TO BREAK INTO A PRISON IN DIFFA TOWN,NIGER.

                  According to a military source,suspected Boko Haram militants launched an attack on the prison in the southern Niger town of Diffa yesterday saturday night,with the intention to to free their fellow members held in the prison.Three of the assailants and one soldier was killed before the attack was repelled.''When the attack was repelled,the assailants fled,probably back into the town.We are searching for them''.A second military source said the attackers may have been residents of Diffa,as no one had seen them enter the town.
