Ex-Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson Excluded from Royals' Easter Gathering After Attending Last Year Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson were notably absent from this year’s royal Easter gathering, just a year after joining the family for the same tradition. King Charles led senior members of the royal family to the Easter Mattins service on Sunday, April 5, at St George’s Chapel within Windsor Castle. The annual outing, a long-standing royal custom, saw family members arrive for the church service, but Andrew and Ferguson were nowhere to be seen. Their absence comes as both have largely remained out of the public eye in recent months, with renewed scrutiny surrounding past controversies. 44 PEOPLE CONFIRMED DEAD BY NEMA,IN YESTERDAY TWIN EXPLOSION IN JOS.

              According to Nigeria's National Emergency Management Agency {NEMA} today monday confirmed the death of 44 persons following a twin blast that rocked the central north city of Jos on sunday night.The agency's Zonal Director in charge of Jos,Mohammed Abdulsalam,who disclosed this to reporters in the Plateau state capital,said 48 others were seriously injured,and are hospitalized in various hospitals in Jos.In a statement reaching Xinhua in Lagos state,the government also condemned the twin bomb blast in the city of Jos and described the perpetrators as those who were eager at ensuring that the state did not enjoy any form of peaceful coexistence.The government advised residents of the city to be vigilant,adding that security is everybody's business.One more photo below.

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”. He said: “Our orders for four attack helicopters from the United States of America will take some time to arrive. We have approached Turkey for assistance.” The President, however, stated that the delays were affecting the public’s perception of the administration’s commitment to addressing the security challenges.
