 FG Reaffirms Commitment To End Malaria, Strengthens Domestic Health Financing The Coordinating Minister of Health and Social Welfare, Prof. Muhammad Ali Pate, says the Federal Government is determined to eliminate malaria and strengthen domestic financing for healthcare to reduce Nigeria's dependence on external donors.  He stated this while receiving the Board of Trustees of Malaria Consortium on a courtesy visit to the ministry in Abuja.  The delegation visited to congratulate Nigeria on reducing malaria parasite prevalence among children aged six to 59 months from 42 percent in 2010 to 15 percent in 2025, appreciate the government's partnership with Malaria Consortium, and introduce its new board members. GIULIANA RANCIC,DENIES BEING FIRED BY E! NEWS,BUT RETIRED ON HER OWN TERMS.

                   Television Personality Giuliana Rancic,is denying rumors that she was fired following the network's announcement that she will no longer be hosting E! News.In a recent interview,Giuliana Rancic defended herself by saying that ''It was 100 percent my decision to leave.I brought up the idea to leave years ago,but E! News Kept extending me because they wanted me to stay''.Though she will still be hosting Live From The Red Carpet and Fashion Police,but Giuliana Rancic says that she'd had enough of E! News.''I took on a challenge 14 years ago.I was a young reporter,and e! News was my dream job.It's been an incredible journey.But after 14 years,i have nothing else to accomplish on the show.I want to grow as a person,as a business woman,as a host,and in order for me to grow,i need to take on a new venture and new challenges''.Maria Menounos,will be replacing Rancic as the new host of E! News,though Giuliana Rancic denies any feud rumors with Maria Menounos,saying ''They're absurd,i've never had a feud or drama with any of my E! News hosts or co-hosts,there certainly is n't one now.It takes two to feud,and i'm not feuding''.The announcement that Giuliana Rancic would be phased out of E! News comes on the heels of extreme backlash she received after making racially offensive comments about black teen actress Zendaya's hair in February.Though Giuliana said that the scandal has nothing to do with her leaving e!
