 TEAM LAGOS EMERGES TOP AT 23RD NATIONAL SPORTS FESTIVAL SOUTH WEST ELIMINATION Lagos State athletes proved their dominance in the South West by edging out regional competitors and emerging top in the five team events contested at the elimination series qualifier for the 23rd National Sports Festival later this year in Enugu. The elimination series featured team events in volleyball, basketball, football, beach volleyball, and cricket in male and female categories. While the team clinched only the female football ticket by topping their group, they showed dominance in three other sports by winning both the male and female tickets. Team Lagos took first position in the volleyball male and female categories. The male team defeated their counterparts from Ondo in the finals by 25-18, 24-26, 25-20, and 25-20, while the female team defeated Team Oyo by 25-18, 22-25, 28-26, 16-25, and 15-8.                     It has come to our notice that most religious bodies have been condemning the use of makeup and terming it as evil citing Jezebel as an example,they should also remember that in the book of Exodus when the people of Israel was living Egypt they were encouraged to take ornaments to beautify themselves.But a thing can only be termed as evil when that particular thing is being worshiped or putting Gods creation into questions .But i don't think makeup is evil if it can make a woman look better than she was.Look at these women above and below,their real faces without makeup makes them look so sad while the one with makeup,they looked so happy,so where is the evil attached to applying makeup.Women be wise and be very careful how you make your self look so old all in the name of a religion thereby making you look less attractive to the opposite sex..Put it at the back of mind when applying makeup that less is more.One more photo below.
