 LASG ISSUES TRAFFIC ADVISORY AHEAD OF FANTI CARNIVAL The Lagos State Government has announced traffic diversions and restrictions ahead of the Lagos Fanti Carnival scheduled to hold on Monday, 6th April, 2026, around Tafawa Balewa Square (TBS), Lagos Island. In a bid to ensure a seamless and hitch-free carnival procession, vehicular movement will be restricted along major adjoining roads linking TBS. Affected Routes are; King George V Road (by Mobil Filling Station), Flag House inbound TBS, Force Road inbound TBS, Onikan Roundabout inbound TBS, and WaterBoy Roundabout by Old Defence House. Additionally, all link roads to Moloney Road, such as Military Road (by Old Defence Building), Ajasa Street, Boyle Street, and Hawley Street, will be closed to traffic during the event.                     It has come to our notice that most religious bodies have been condemning the use of makeup and terming it as evil citing Jezebel as an example,they should also remember that in the book of Exodus when the people of Israel was living Egypt they were encouraged to take ornaments to beautify themselves.But a thing can only be termed as evil when that particular thing is being worshiped or putting Gods creation into questions .But i don't think makeup is evil if it can make a woman look better than she was.Look at these women above and below,their real faces without makeup makes them look so sad while the one with makeup,they looked so happy,so where is the evil attached to applying makeup.Women be wise and be very careful how you make your self look so old all in the name of a religion thereby making you look less attractive to the opposite sex..Put it at the back of mind when applying makeup that less is more.One more photo below.

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”. He said: “Our orders for four attack helicopters from the United States of America will take some time to arrive. We have approached Turkey for assistance.” The President, however, stated that the delays were affecting the public’s perception of the administration’s commitment to addressing the security challenges.
