NDC STATEMENT ON COURT RULING Our attention has been drawn to a ruling by the Federal High Court sitting in Lokoja this morning, wherein His Lordship, Honourable Justice Isah Dashen, gave a ruling on an application filed by an unregistered association known as Peace Movement Party. The public knows that by December 2025, the Nigeria Democratic Congress as an association complained of INEC’s refusal to register us as a political party, whereupon we proceeded to the Federal High Court. The Federal High Court upheld our constitutional right to freedom of association under the Constitution and compelled INEC to register us, which INEC did. Since then, we have started political activities, embarked on the registration of members, held congresses from ward to national levels, held conventions, and concluded primaries to all offices following INEC’s timetable. It has come to our notice that most religious bodies have been condemning the use of makeup and terming it as evil citing Jezebel as an example,they should also remember that in the book of Exodus when the people of Israel was living Egypt they were encouraged to take ornaments to beautify themselves.But a thing can only be termed as evil when that particular thing is being worshiped or putting Gods creation into questions .But i don't think makeup is evil if it can make a woman look better than she was.Look at these women above and below,their real faces without makeup makes them look so sad while the one with makeup,they looked so happy,so where is the evil attached to applying makeup.Women be wise and be very careful how you make your self look so old all in the name of a religion thereby making you look less attractive to the opposite sex..Put it at the back of mind when applying makeup that less is more.One more photo below.
