 PRESIDENT TINUBU CONGRATULATES MINISTER OF STATE FOR FOREIGN AFFAIRS AMBASSADOR ENIKANOLAIYE ON HIS BIRTHDAY   President Bola Tinubu has congratulated the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Sola Enikanolaiye, on his birthday.    A statement by Bayo Onanuga, Special Adviser to the President, Information and Strategy, indicates that the President describes Ambassador Enikanolaiye as a distinguished diplomat, accomplished administrator and dedicated public servant whose career reflects professionalism, patriotism and a deep commitment to Nigeria.   Ambassador Enikanolaiye served in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from August 1982 to August 2017, rising through the ranks to become Permanent Secretary. POLICE IN SOUTH CAROLINA,DECLARES THAT NATURAL CAUSES STARTED THE FIRE IN A BLACK CHURCH.

REUTERS/Clarendon County Fire Department/Handout via Reuters              According to the police,a fire that destroyed a Mount Zion African Methodist Episcopal Church in Greeleyville,South Carolina,on tuesday was from natural causes and not linked to a spate of fires at similar churches across the South.The U.S Department of Justice is investigating the fires and has so far determined that one was an electrical fire and two others were from natural causes.The fires were being investigated against the backdrop of the June 17 shooting of nine black church goers at a historic black church in Charleston,South Carolina.The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division said in a statement on thursday that the Greeleyville church fire probe as completed and ''Investigators observed no indicator of criminal intent.Based upon the scene examination,the fire debris analysis,witness statements and a lighting strike report,the cause of the fire was best classified as natural''.
