 Workers will rather work for free than accept N48,000 — NLC The Nigeria Labour Congress has warned that it would rather mobilise workers to remain at home with their families or offer free services than accept the paltry N48,000 new minimum wage being offered by the Federal Government when they meet on Tuesday. The Deputy President of the NLC Political Commission, Prof. Theophilus Ndubuaku, disclosed this in an exclusive interview. On Wednesday, the NLC and the Trade Union Congress had walked away from the negotiation table after the FG offered to pay N48,000, a figure far below the N615,00 the unions demanded as the new national minimum wage. A FAKE DOCTOR LEE EDWARD,ARRESTED IN NEW YORK AFTER 3 YEARS OF ILLEGAL PRACTICE.

                    According to sources,a 43 year old former flight attendant was arrested on friday in New York on charges he pretended to be a medical doctor and psychologist,allegedly treating more than 100 patients from his basement apartment for the past three years.Donald Lee Edwards of New York,never ever graduated from any medical school or earned a doctoral degree to be licensed for either profession.Bbut he prescribed patients medications and he do take blood and urine samples from patients.Prosecutors said Lee-Edwards had been  seeing patients since 2013,billing himself as having worked extensively with family members and victis of 9/11.Althoughit was unclear if he actually did.His Attorney Matthew Blum said there is no evidence he ever harmed anyone.''He said ''They're alleging he was some sort of doctor who was operating on peoplw.They're turning this guy into a monster.He was really just trying to help some people in his community''.Investigators said Lee-Edwards came to the attention of law enforcement after a patient became suspicious of his unorthodox bedside manner,talking about other patients,bragging he graduated high school at age 13 and saying he attended law school..One more photo below.

Namtira Bwala has threatened to file a lawsuit against the school authorities if her abusers are not punished within 48 hours. In a letter drafted by her lawyers, Deji Adeyanju and Co, Namtira asked the school authorities to immediately investigate and pronounce the stiffest punishments in the student’s rule book on Ms.Maryam Hassan, Miss Faliya, and nine other students who bullied her.
