According to sources, Chelle is considering terminating his contract as the team's manager. The development comes amidst Nigeria's struggles to qualify for the 2026 FIFA World Cup. With only seven points from six games, the Super Eagles are currently fourth in Group C, behind leaders South Africa, Rwanda, and Benin Republic. Pressure has been mounting on Chelle, prompting him to travel to Europe in search of reinforcements to bolster the team's defense. However, the uncertainty surrounding his future with the team has reportedly led to a change of heart, with Chelle now considering terminating his contract. BOKO HARAM TO ATTACK LAGOS AND OTHER PARTS OF NIGERIA-DSS.

                        Today sunday,intelligence official said there has been a sudden influx of Boko Haram agents into Lagos and other parts of Nigeria outside the militants main area in northeastern Nigeria.Tony Opuiyo,spokesman of the Department of state services,said Boko Haram is tryong to extend their reach after being pushed out of the urban centers of northeastern Nigeria in recent months.He said that security had arrested 14 Boko Haran suspects in Lagos,Abuja and other parts of the country outside the northeast in the past two months.Thpse arrested include cell leaders,some of whom admitted to involvement in recent suicide attacks.Authorities on friday said they arrested a teenager who was spying on Abuja's international airport for Boko Haram.God please protect us.

 Actor Baba Ijesha appeals five-year jail sentence for sexual assault Nollywood actor Olanrewaju James, known as Baba Ijesha, has filed an appeal against his conviction for the sexual assault of a minor. He has requested the Court of Appeal, Lagos Division, to overturn the ruling of the Lagos State High Court, which sentenced him to five years in prison. The conviction was handed down by Justice Oluwatoyin Taiwo (retd.) of the Ikeja Domestic Violence and Sexual Offences Court on July 14, 2022 to Baba Ijesha. Baba Ijesha through his counsel Kayode Olabiran on Tuesday, told the appeal court that his client was set up and that he acted according to a script that he was invited to act on by his colleague. “The Appellant was set up.
