 Setting the Records Straight on  Citizen Asar Michael Sesugh's  Death The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission,  EFCC,  considered it imperative to clear the air on some recent incidents at its Makurdi Zonal Directorate,  Benue State.   Operatives of the Directorate arrested 26 suspected cyber fraudsters on April 28,  2026.  They were profiled and kept in custody for further investigations after obtaining a Remand Order at a Magistrate Court.  Shortly after their arrest,  specifically on May 4,  2026,  three of the suspects sought permission to use the lavatory at the Directorate's  Holding Facility and were permitted.   They cashed in on the opportunity,  broke the toilet's roof and escaped from detention.  Several efforts were made to re- arrest them to no avail. BOKO HARAM TO ATTACK LAGOS AND OTHER PARTS OF NIGERIA-DSS.

                        Today sunday,intelligence official said there has been a sudden influx of Boko Haram agents into Lagos and other parts of Nigeria outside the militants main area in northeastern Nigeria.Tony Opuiyo,spokesman of the Department of state services,said Boko Haram is tryong to extend their reach after being pushed out of the urban centers of northeastern Nigeria in recent months.He said that security had arrested 14 Boko Haran suspects in Lagos,Abuja and other parts of the country outside the northeast in the past two months.Thpse arrested include cell leaders,some of whom admitted to involvement in recent suicide attacks.Authorities on friday said they arrested a teenager who was spying on Abuja's international airport for Boko Haram.God please protect us.
