 NDC STATEMENT ON COURT RULING Our attention has been drawn to a ruling by the Federal High Court sitting in Lokoja this morning, wherein His Lordship, Honourable Justice Isah Dashen, gave a ruling on an application filed by an unregistered association known as Peace Movement Party. The public knows that by December 2025, the Nigeria Democratic Congress  as an association complained of INEC’s refusal to register us as a political party, whereupon we proceeded to the Federal High Court. The Federal High Court upheld our constitutional right to freedom of association under the Constitution and compelled INEC to register us, which INEC did. Since then, we have started political activities, embarked on the registration of members, held congresses from ward to national levels, held conventions, and concluded primaries to all offices following INEC’s timetable. NATIONAL ENQUIRER,WAS THE MEDIA HOUSE THAT BOUGHT BOBBI KRISTINA'S DEATH BED PHOTO.

                                                       Today wednesday,National Enquirer published the late 22 year old Bobbi Kristina Brown's last known photo showing Whitney Houstons daughter on her death bed in the final days of her life.The image was on their cover of their magazine and it shows Bobbi Kristina lying unconscious under a blanket in her ed at the Peachtree Christian Hospice in Georgia.Bobbi Kristina had been in a medically induced coma since January 31 2015,when she was discovered unconscious in her bathtub.In Jun,as hope for her recovery faded,her family decided to move her to the hospice facility in Georgia.The magazine cover also features a smaller photo of Whitney Houston in her casket in 2012 after her own drowning to death.According to the article accompanying the shocking image,the last photographs of Bobbi Kristina was taken just days before her passing July 26.The identity of photographer remains unknown and there is no word on whether the person who took the picture was given permission to do so.More photos below.
