Beloved actor Ras Ajai, 47, 'shot dead' while walking down a street A beloved film star and musician has di£d. Ras Ajai, whose real name was Brian Todd Boucher, played JLP political enforcer Claudie Massop in the 2024 film Bob Marley: One Love biopic. He was reportedly shot in Waterford, St. Catherine, Jamaica, at the age of 47. He rubbed shoulders with Prince Harry and Meghan Markle when they arrived at the movie's Jamaican premiere. Another person is reported to have sustained injuries during the assault, which remains under investigation by St Catherine South Police. Sources say the reggae and dancehall artist, vocalist and composer was walking down a street with a companion on Saturday, August 1, when they were attacked by armed criminals travelling in a vehicle. Today thursday it was reported that,a 42 year old man identified as Solomon Odo,who allegedly raped his co-tenant's 9 year old child was charged before an Ikeja Chief Magistrate court today.Mr Solomon Odo who is a resident of 62 Alhaji Abasi street,Ogudu Lagos is facing a two count charge of child defilement and rape.He committed the offence on August 9 2015 around 7:00pm at his residence.The prosecutor Simeon Imhonwa alleged that Odo Solomon Odo defiled the girl by luring her to run an errand for him.''Odo invited the minor into his room,locked the door and pounced on her.After touching her indecently,he had sexual intercourse with her,leaving her severely bruised''The accused was arrested after the minors mother had reported the case to the police.Odo however denied all charges.The Magistrate,Mrs Bola Osunsanmi,granted the accused bail in the sum of N1million with two responsible sureties in like sum.She said the sureties must have landed property in Lagos state and the case was adjourned for trail till September 30 2015.Please matured men and women,stop defiling little children.One more photo below.
