 Texas woman charged with medical child abuse for falsifying toddler’s health and pushing unnecessary feeding tube surgeries A Texas woman has been charged with medical child abuse after allegedly falsifying her toddler’s medical history to pressure doctors into performing unnecessary procedures, including feeding tube surgeries, in what authorities are calling a “sickening” case. Kaitlyn Rose Laura, 31, faces charges of injury to a child and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Officials said she deliberately misled medical staff about her 3-year-old son’s health to obtain a gastrostomy tube and later a gastrojejunostomy tube, despite no documented medical need. Investigators allege that hospital staff observed the boy eating normally while Laura claimed he refused all food. Covert surveillance confirmed the child was able to eat meals without difficulty, prompting authorities to stop tube feedings. 3 MEN WERE ARRESTED BY THE EFCC YESTERDAY,FOR FRAUD & BLACKMAIL.

               Yesterday wednesday,officers from the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission EFCC,arrested 3 men identified as Yskubu Dankaba {akabYakubu Hamisu},Yahaya Baba and Usman Abdukhakeen {aka Chairman} at Area3 of Garki District,Abuja for their involvement in a N20 million blacking scheme.The suspects allegedly posed as operatives of the EFCC with the aim of extorting N20 million from the FCT Water Board director.They had written a letter,purported to be from the EFCC,and notified him of  being under investigation.They however,offered to help him quash the investigation,if he could part with the sum of N20 million.Suspecting that he was about to be swindled,the director alerted the EFCC,which swung into action,caught the three suspects in their own web of tricks.They will be charged to court as soon as investigations are completed.

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”. He said: “Our orders for four attack helicopters from the United States of America will take some time to arrive.
