NAF INTENSIFIES AIRPOWER CAMPAIGN, STRENGTHENS AIR PRESENCE IN SOKOTO TO DENY TERRORISTS FREEDOM OF ACTION The Nigerian Air Force (NAF) has intensified its airpower campaign against terrorism, banditry, kidnapping and other criminal activities across the North-West, with a strengthened air presence in Sokoto State to support ongoing joint security operations. The initiative reflects the Service’s determination to sustain pressure on hostile elements, enhance aerial surveillance and maintain the capacity for rapid response to emerging threats, while providing effective air support to ground forces operating within the Joint Operations Area. The strengthened air presence is particularly significant in the fight against asymmetric threats, where terrorists and bandits exploit difficult terrain, mobility and concealment to evade ground forces. Hollywood couple Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are planning to adopt a Syrian orphan out of 3 siblings.Angelina have met up with three Syrian brothers who were orphaned,after their father was taken away by soldiers and their mother killed in a bombing incident.Angelina and Brad Pitt are parents to six children and three adopted children.Angelina wanted to adopt all three but when she got back to the United States,and told Brad about it,Brad Pitt said no.Brad Pitt said going from six children to nine was just way too much,and Brad was concerned about how it would impact on their kids.But Angelina Jolie didn't put up a fight.She knew it just wouldn't work.But they compromised at adopting one.One more photo below.
