 "Worth It" — Woman Pleads Guilty to Fatally Shooting 11-Month-Old Son to Keep Him From Father Madeline Veronique Daly, 36, pleaded guilty this week in Silver City, New Mexico, to first-degree murder in the December 23, 2025 killing of her 11-month-old son, Basil Stoner. Grant County deputies had tracked her to an RV off Highway 15 on a Wyoming kidnapping warrant after she took the baby during a custody dispute with his father, Jake Stoner. While officers waited for a warrant and tried to negotiate, Daly put a 9mm handgun to the boy’s face and fired. According to the criminal complaint, Daly told investigators her thought when she saw law enforcement approach was: “Jake can’t get Basil.” After her arrest she said it was “worth it” if Basil’s father and his family never got him.                    65 year old Caitlyn Jenner confronted Kris Jenner over the fact that she was excluded from their daughter Kylie's graduation party.Caitlyn Jenner described her exclusion from the graduation party that took place in July as a slap on her face.She is just so disappointed after dedicating so many years of contributing to her up bringing.The confrontation was seen in her reality show ''I Am Cait''.Kris Jenner was filmed saying ''One of the reasons i wanted to talk to you was because i don't want your feelings to be hurt like the other day when i heard that you weren't happy about not being included in Kylie's graduation''.Caitlyn who appeared close to tears replied ''It wasn't me making that decision.I was so disappointed in everybody.For 15 years of my life i carpooled kids everyday...Some days i would spend 3 or 4 hours in the cars,it's a slap in the face when you don't even get invited to their graduation''.Kris attempted to explain the decision saying ''That's exactly how i felt with the Vanity Fair article because i spent 25 years of my life and 18 hours a day''.Caitlyn then interjected saying ''Vanity Fair was months ago,we're talking about what happened just a few days ago''.More photos below.                                                                                                                Caitlyn confronts: Caitlyn discusses her disappointment from being excluded from their daughter's graduation party
