 STATE HOUSE PRESS RELEASE  PRESIDENT TINUBU APPOINTS MINISTER OF STATE FOR PETROLEUM RESOURCES (GAS) AS CO-CHAIRMAN OF NCDMB GOVERNING COUNCIL In line with his avowed commitment to establish a more efficient, targeted, and consistent approval process for unique oil and gas projects in the country, President Bola Tinubu has approved the appointment of Mr. Ekperikpe Ekpo, Minister of State for Petroleum Resources (Gas), as the Co-Chairman of the Governing Council of the Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB). This is also to further ensure effective oversight of the gas aspect of the nation's assets. The President remains committed to unlocking Nigeria's immense gas potential to stimulate industrial development, job creation, and sustainable economic growth.                    65 year old Caitlyn Jenner confronted Kris Jenner over the fact that she was excluded from their daughter Kylie's graduation party.Caitlyn Jenner described her exclusion from the graduation party that took place in July as a slap on her face.She is just so disappointed after dedicating so many years of contributing to her up bringing.The confrontation was seen in her reality show ''I Am Cait''.Kris Jenner was filmed saying ''One of the reasons i wanted to talk to you was because i don't want your feelings to be hurt like the other day when i heard that you weren't happy about not being included in Kylie's graduation''.Caitlyn who appeared close to tears replied ''It wasn't me making that decision.I was so disappointed in everybody.For 15 years of my life i carpooled kids everyday...Some days i would spend 3 or 4 hours in the cars,it's a slap in the face when you don't even get invited to their graduation''.Kris attempted to explain the decision saying ''That's exactly how i felt with the Vanity Fair article because i spent 25 years of my life and 18 hours a day''.Caitlyn then interjected saying ''Vanity Fair was months ago,we're talking about what happened just a few days ago''.More photos below.                                                                                                                Caitlyn confronts: Caitlyn discusses her disappointment from being excluded from their daughter's graduation party

 Actor Baba Ijesha appeals five-year jail sentence for sexual assault Nollywood actor Olanrewaju James, known as Baba Ijesha, has filed an appeal against his conviction for the sexual assault of a minor. He has requested the Court of Appeal, Lagos Division, to overturn the ruling of the Lagos State High Court, which sentenced him to five years in prison. The conviction was handed down by Justice Oluwatoyin Taiwo (retd.) of the Ikeja Domestic Violence and Sexual Offences Court on July 14, 2022 to Baba Ijesha. Baba Ijesha through his counsel Kayode Olabiran on Tuesday, told the appeal court that his client was set up and that he acted according to a script that he was invited to act on by his colleague. “The Appellant was set up.  Punish my abusers within 48 hours or face lawsuit - Student bullied by her classmates threaten school authorities The bullied student of British Lead International School, Miss. Namtira Bwala has threatened to file a lawsuit against the school authorities if her abusers are not punished within 48 hours. In a letter drafted by her lawyers, Deji Adeyanju and Co, Namtira asked the school authorities to immediately investigate and pronounce the stiffest punishments in the student’s rule book on Ms.Maryam Hassan, Miss Faliya, and nine other students who bullied her.
