  RE: MISLEADING CLAIMS REGARDING THE ARREST OF A TRAFFIC OFFENDER AT ANTHONY INWARD KETU - A CASE OF MISTAKEN IDENTITY The Lagos State Taskforce wishes to address a misleading narrative circulating on social media through a viral video concerning an unidentified lady who was apprehended for driving on the BRT lane by unknown policemen (not officials of the Lagos State Environmental and Special Offences Unit) along Anthony inward Ketu, Lagos. It is important to clarify that the Lagos State Taskforce had no involvement in the unfortunate extortion of the lady or her mother. Available records show that we currently do not have any offices, garages, or car parks at Ketu, and no team was assigned to man the BRT corridor at the time of the incident. LAMATA-BRT has its own Monitoring and Enforcement Team responsible for overseeing activities on BRT corridors. Any attempt to link the enforcement, arrest, and subsequent extortion of the lady to Lagos State Environmental Taskforce officials...

                       There is a new hair accessory in town especially in China.In China,people have started wearing food designed hair accessory two weeks after flower/plants and bug hair piece were launched into the market,meaning that hair accessory fashion has already risen to another level.The latest popular hairpin designs include meat loaf,chicken wigs and sunny side up eggs.But there is one design that people are still really scared to try on,is the hairpin designed in a shape of a cockroach,people said it is creepy and scary.But they are not the first because i have a 100% gold mixed with pearl snail hair accessory in my personal jewelry collection for over 10 years now so am sure,they adopted the idea.My people what do you think,should the hair pin design stop or continue?.More photos below.

 Actor Baba Ijesha appeals five-year jail sentence for sexual assault Nollywood actor Olanrewaju James, known as Baba Ijesha, has filed an appeal against his conviction for the sexual assault of a minor. He has requested the Court of Appeal, Lagos Division, to overturn the ruling of the Lagos State High Court, which sentenced him to five years in prison. The conviction was handed down by Justice Oluwatoyin Taiwo (retd.) of the Ikeja Domestic Violence and Sexual Offences Court on July 14, 2022 to Baba Ijesha. Baba Ijesha through his counsel Kayode Olabiran on Tuesday, told the appeal court that his client was set up and that he acted according to a script that he was invited to act on by his colleague. “The Appellant was set up.
