 LASG ISSUES TRAFFIC ADVISORY AHEAD OF FANTI CARNIVAL The Lagos State Government has announced traffic diversions and restrictions ahead of the Lagos Fanti Carnival scheduled to hold on Monday, 6th April, 2026, around Tafawa Balewa Square (TBS), Lagos Island. In a bid to ensure a seamless and hitch-free carnival procession, vehicular movement will be restricted along major adjoining roads linking TBS. Affected Routes are; King George V Road (by Mobil Filling Station), Flag House inbound TBS, Force Road inbound TBS, Onikan Roundabout inbound TBS, and WaterBoy Roundabout by Old Defence House. Additionally, all link roads to Moloney Road, such as Military Road (by Old Defence Building), Ajasa Street, Boyle Street, and Hawley Street, will be closed to traffic during the event. MEET THE NIGERIAN LITTLE GIRL ''UGOCHI'',THAT WILL FEATURE IN THE NEW CBEEBIES ''NINA AND THE NEURONS'' IN UK.

                                                             I am not a child but i watch Nina and the Neurons alot on DSTV BBC C,306 while in Glasgow United Kingdom on channel 614 and 624 CBeebies tuesday by 4:30pm.In order to raise fund for children in need,Whiteinch Primary School,Glasgow,Scotland organised a Talent show.A lot of people {almost 130 pupils} auditioned and the Nigerian child identified as 6 year old Ugochi Ikerionwu,the daughter of Dr Charles and Uloaku Ikerionwu,an indigene of Isiala Mbano,Imo state,won the talent show.It will be aired today in Glasgow.She is so sharp and cute,i am very proud of her.More behind the scene photos below.

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”. He said: “Our orders for four attack helicopters from the United States of America will take some time to arrive. We have approached Turkey for assistance.” The President, however, stated that the delays were affecting the public’s perception of the administration’s commitment to addressing the security challenges.
