 LSPHCB, SCI COLLABORATE TO STRENGTHEN CHILD IMMUNISATION The Lagos State Primary Health Care Board (LSPHCB) hosted a high-level delegation from Save the Children International (SCI), led by Country Director, Mr. Duncan Harvey, during an official courtesy visit to the board on Thursday, 17th September 2026. The visit comes as part of Save the Children’s global leadership tour in Nigeria to evaluate the impact of the BOOST Project (Better Opportunities for Optimal Services and Targeted Immunisation for Zero-Dose and Under-Immunised Children) and to align on strategic priorities for child health across the state. UNIPORT V.C SON THAT WAS KIDNAPPED ON MONDAY,HAS BEEN RELEASED.

         Ejire Lale the son of the V.C of the University of Port-Harcourt {Ndowa Lale} ,who was kidnapped on monday in Agbeta Ebuu,Eleme Local Government Area of the state,where he went to supervise work on his fish pond.A group of six armed men stormed the place around 7:30pm after robbing a neighbour within the compound and took him away on foot.The information i just got is that he has been released by his abductors.We thank God for that.
