According to sources, Chelle is considering terminating his contract as the team's manager. The development comes amidst Nigeria's struggles to qualify for the 2026 FIFA World Cup. With only seven points from six games, the Super Eagles are currently fourth in Group C, behind leaders South Africa, Rwanda, and Benin Republic. Pressure has been mounting on Chelle, prompting him to travel to Europe in search of reinforcements to bolster the team's defense. However, the uncertainty surrounding his future with the team has reportedly led to a change of heart, with Chelle now considering terminating his contract. The NFF's emergency meeting aims to address the situation and find a resolution. The fate of Chelle and the Super Eagles' World Cup qualifying campaign hang in the balance.

5 PEOPLE DROWNED YESTERDAY IN A RIVER ALONG BENIN ORE ROAD,YESTERDAY NIGHT.

                    According to sources,yesterday thursday night around 9:pm,a Okitipupa bound 18 seater bus fell into River Ome along Ogbere Ore Benin expressway  but the bus was not fully loaded but it was conveying only five passengers.Two persons had been removed from the river while three others were still inside,while the vehicle which had been removed were towed to Ogbere police station.Eye witnesses said that the vehicle was loaded with cosmetic products and was on its way to Okitipupa from Idumota Lagos.Though i heard government officials are still at the scene of the crime.May their soul rest in peace,Amen.One more photo below.
