 PRESIDENT TINUBU CONGRATULATES MINISTER OF STATE FOR FOREIGN AFFAIRS AMBASSADOR ENIKANOLAIYE ON HIS BIRTHDAY   President Bola Tinubu has congratulated the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Sola Enikanolaiye, on his birthday.    A statement by Bayo Onanuga, Special Adviser to the President, Information and Strategy, indicates that the President describes Ambassador Enikanolaiye as a distinguished diplomat, accomplished administrator and dedicated public servant whose career reflects professionalism, patriotism and a deep commitment to Nigeria.   Ambassador Enikanolaiye served in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from August 1982 to August 2017, rising through the ranks to become Permanent Secretary. 68 STUDENTS WERE EXPELLED FROM KOGI STATE UNIVERSITY.-REGISTRAR.

                                    In a statement issued by the Registrar of Kogi state university,Dr Yakubu Abubakar in Lokoja today sunday,said 19 of the affected students were expelled for various examination misconduct and 49 others withdrawn for poor academic performance.Some of the students also had their admission withdrawn for failure to register within the stipulated period and wrong entry requirements and that the affected students cut across all the faculties.The Registrar stated that Prof.Mohammed Abdulkadir had been appointed the new Vice Chancellor of the university to take over from Prof.Hassan Isah,whose tenure expired on October 12.He said Abdulkadir had since resumed duty,nothing that until his appointment,he was a professor of economic history from Bayero University,Kano.He further said that the new vice chancellor promised to run an inclusive and consultative administration and appealed to stakeholders to join hands with him in moving the school forward.One more photo below.
