 PRESIDENT TINUBU CONGRATULATES MINISTER OF STATE FOR FOREIGN AFFAIRS AMBASSADOR ENIKANOLAIYE ON HIS BIRTHDAY   President Bola Tinubu has congratulated the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Sola Enikanolaiye, on his birthday.    A statement by Bayo Onanuga, Special Adviser to the President, Information and Strategy, indicates that the President describes Ambassador Enikanolaiye as a distinguished diplomat, accomplished administrator and dedicated public servant whose career reflects professionalism, patriotism and a deep commitment to Nigeria.   Ambassador Enikanolaiye served in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from August 1982 to August 2017, rising through the ranks to become Permanent Secretary. 7 DAYS MOURNING,DECLARED BY THE BAYELSA GOVT WITH THE IJAW NATIONAL CONGRESS FOR ALAMIEYESEIGHA.

                    According to a Bayelsa Government House statement signed by Daniel I wariso-Markson,the Chief Press Secretary to Governor Seriake Dickson,declared that to this effect,all flags in all public buildings and premises across the state be flown at half mast for the period.According to the statement,the 7 days mourning period and the flying of the flags at half mast takes effect from today monday,12 October,2015.Condolence registers have been opened in Government House,the state secretariat complex and Ijaw House,all in the state.This 7 days mourning was done to honour the late first civilian Governor of the state,Chief Diepreye Solomon Peter Alamieyeseigha,who passed away last saturday at the age of 63 at the University of Port Harcourt Teaching Hospital.One more photo below.
