 Nigerian man takes up the challenge to be bur!ed alive for 24hours A Nigerian man who identifies as Young C has embarked on a challenge to be buried alive in a coffin for 24 hours.  He made this known in a series of posts on his Instagram page on Wednesday,  stating that the stunt was genuine and not a hoax.  He announced his intention to broadcast live footage from the coffin at night. Sharing a video on his Instagram account on Wednesday, he said, "I am going to be spending the next 24 hours buried in this casket. Guys, this is real, not fake.  "And the most amazing part is that I am going to go live by night." In a subsequent update, Young C revealed that he had been buried for over 8 hours and was experiencing physical discomfort, including excessive sweating. In an update on Wednesday evening, he said in part, "Guys, I have been buried alive for over 8 hours now. For those of you who saw my first video, I have been down here.                      Late yesterday wednesday night,President of Burundi said those in possession of illegal arms in their country,have a month to relinquish them and that authorities will hold to account the few security officials behind cases of killing and torture.He made the statement yesterday after the U.N human rights chief said this week that there had been an alarming upsurge in arrests and killings,with some bodies of victims showing signs of torture.Beyond the period,who ever is caught with arms will be punished.''Even if they are few,we are going to seriously deal with them as criminals''.The president of Burundi said the Judiciary had uncovered cases of security officers caught red handed killing or torturing people while they are supposed to be ensuring peace and security.

He has requested the Court of Appeal, Lagos Division, to overturn the ruling of the Lagos State High Court, which sentenced him to five years in prison. Namtira Bwala has threatened to file a lawsuit against the school authorities if her abusers are not punished within 48 hours. In a letter drafted by her lawyers, Deji Adeyanju and Co, Namtira asked the school authorities to immediately investigate and pronounce the stiffest punishments in the student’s rule book on Ms.Maryam Hassan, Miss Faliya, and nine other students who bullied her.
