According to sources, Chelle is considering terminating his contract as the team's manager. The development comes amidst Nigeria's struggles to qualify for the 2026 FIFA World Cup. With only seven points from six games, the Super Eagles are currently fourth in Group C, behind leaders South Africa, Rwanda, and Benin Republic. Pressure has been mounting on Chelle, prompting him to travel to Europe in search of reinforcements to bolster the team's defense. However, the uncertainty surrounding his future with the team has reportedly led to a change of heart, with Chelle now considering terminating his contract.                                                                  Two hours ago,the copy of the partial list of Ministerial nominees forwarded by President Muhammadu Buhari to the Senate was posted on line.Senate President Bukola Saraki said the screening of ministerial nominees will begin next week tueday,13 of October,when the Senate would have received the resumes and other documentations of the men and women expected to be part of President Muhammadu Bhari's first cabinet.The Senate President spoke today tuesday after he formally unveiled a 21 man list of ministerial nominees sent to it for screening and confirmation by President Buhari last Wednesday during the plenary of the state.The first person on that list is Abubakar Malami {SAN} in which most people speculated that ex Governor of Lagos state Raji Fashola was number one on the ministerial list.But from the list above,he was listed number five.More photos below.

 Actor Baba Ijesha appeals five-year jail sentence for sexual assault Nollywood actor Olanrewaju James, known as Baba Ijesha, has filed an appeal against his conviction for the sexual assault of a minor. He has requested the Court of Appeal, Lagos Division, to overturn the ruling of the Lagos State High Court, which sentenced him to five years in prison. The conviction was handed down by Justice Oluwatoyin Taiwo (retd.) of the Ikeja Domestic Violence and Sexual Offences Court on July 14, 2022 to Baba Ijesha. Baba Ijesha through his counsel Kayode Olabiran on Tuesday, told the appeal court that his client was set up and that he acted according to a script that he was invited to act on by his colleague. “The Appellant was set up.
