 PRESS RELEASE OPERATION HADIN KAI FOILS MASS ABDUCTION ATTEMPT AT FGGC MONGUNO Troops of Operation HADIN KAI (OPHK), in collaboration with personnel of the Nigeria Police Mobile Force (MOPOL), successfully foiled an attempted mass abduction by ISWAP terrorists at the Federal Government Girls College (FGGC), Monguno, at about 0130 hours (1:30 a.m.) on 19 July 2026. The FGGC facility is currently being utilized by the Borno State Government as temporary hostel accommodation for students of the Federal Polytechnic, Monguno. The terrorists reportedly gained access to the facility with the assistance of suspected collaborators in an attempt to abduct students. Alert security personnel immediately engaged the terrorists with coordinated and overwhelming firepower, effectively stalling their advance with Sector 3 Quick Reaction Force (QRF) immediately reinforcing the school. IF YOUR DOG BARK BEYOND 3 MINUTES IN KENYA,YOU WILL PAY A FINE.???????

                        Kenya Nairobi County Assembly has proposed a law that seeks to eliminate noisy canines from the city estates.The Nairobi City County Dog Control and Welfare Bill 2015 states ''A person shall not keep any dog which barks,yelps,howls or whines for more than three accumulated minutes in half an hour''.The bill goes on to state that double offenders will be fined double the penalty.Owners of canines that charge at people,vehicle,animals and poultry outside their compounds will also face similar fines.The proposed last as well goes ahead to authorize the country authority to seize and destroy all stray canines,including those that are unlicensed.Dog permits are renewed yearly at a cost of SH2,000.The Bill adds that ''Any dog not released or claimed from a pound within 11 days of having been received in the pound may either be sold,given away or destroyed under the supervision of a veterinary surgeon or a person authorized by the country''.
