 NDC STATEMENT ON COURT RULING Our attention has been drawn to a ruling by the Federal High Court sitting in Lokoja this morning, wherein His Lordship, Honourable Justice Isah Dashen, gave a ruling on an application filed by an unregistered association known as Peace Movement Party. The public knows that by December 2025, the Nigeria Democratic Congress  as an association complained of INEC’s refusal to register us as a political party, whereupon we proceeded to the Federal High Court. The Federal High Court upheld our constitutional right to freedom of association under the Constitution and compelled INEC to register us, which INEC did. Since then, we have started political activities, embarked on the registration of members, held congresses from ward to national levels, held conventions, and concluded primaries to all offices following INEC’s timetable.                   Ace musician Daniel Wilson took to his social media page after the news went viral that ex Governor of Bayelsa state Alamieyeseigha died yesterday in Port Harcourt.Daniel Wilson captioned his write up with bold letters ''HOW LONG SHALL THEY KILL OUR PROPHETS,WHILE WE STAND ASIDE AND LOOK?.He wrote further that ''Is this not another case of a witch crying in the night and the baby dying in the morning?.Did our Governor General,Sir Diepreye Solomon Peter Alamieyeseigha have the heart for all their threats about extradition?.Certainly not,it was his heart that gave up.He was in Dubai last week,jejely receiving treatment for his ailment when the threats of extradition for a crime he had paid in full and been pardoned for began,so he had to come back home prematurely to avoid being arrested abroad where he suffered a huge heart attack and eventually died.THEY HAVE HOUNDED HIM TO DEATH!!
