 LSPHCB, SCI COLLABORATE TO STRENGTHEN CHILD IMMUNISATION The Lagos State Primary Health Care Board (LSPHCB) hosted a high-level delegation from Save the Children International (SCI), led by Country Director, Mr. Duncan Harvey, during an official courtesy visit to the board on Thursday, 17th September 2026. The visit comes as part of Save the Children’s global leadership tour in Nigeria to evaluate the impact of the BOOST Project (Better Opportunities for Optimal Services and Targeted Immunisation for Zero-Dose and Under-Immunised Children) and to align on strategic priorities for child health across the state. Welcoming the delegation, the Permanent Secretary, Dr. Ibrahim Akinwunmi Mustafa, expressed sincere appreciation to Save the Children International for their unwavering support, noting that while Lagos State remains one of the country's highest investors in health care and child nutrition, its unique demographic landscape demands continuous collaboration. NIGERIAN ARMY WARNED BOKO HARAM TODAY,TO SURRENDER & FACE THE LAW.

               Today sunday the Nigerian Army in a statement warned the members of the Boko Haram group to surrender and face the law.The warning is contained in a statement that was signed by Col.Sani Usman,the acting Director Army Public Relations in Abuja today sunday.It said ''This is to once again warn all Boko Haram terrorists wherever they are,to desist from al acts of terrorism,surrender themselves ad face the law now.We wish to inform them that we are aware of all their hideouts,camps and enclaves.They should follow their colleagues who have so far surrendered.Failure to surrender will result in serious consequences as the troops are fast closing up on them''.The statement further appealed to Nigerians to persuade the insurgents to desist from their acts and renounce their membership of the terrorist organisation forthwith.I pray they surrender.One more photo below.
