 Texas woman charged with medical child abuse for falsifying toddler’s health and pushing unnecessary feeding tube surgeries A Texas woman has been charged with medical child abuse after allegedly falsifying her toddler’s medical history to pressure doctors into performing unnecessary procedures, including feeding tube surgeries, in what authorities are calling a “sickening” case. Kaitlyn Rose Laura, 31, faces charges of injury to a child and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Officials said she deliberately misled medical staff about her 3-year-old son’s health to obtain a gastrostomy tube and later a gastrojejunostomy tube, despite no documented medical need. Investigators allege that hospital staff observed the boy eating normally while Laura claimed he refused all food. Covert surveillance confirmed the child was able to eat meals without difficulty, prompting authorities to stop tube feedings. Image result for pictures of broken bottles                       On the 18th of September 2015 at about 11:30 am at their residence at Abesan Estate,Ipaja Lagos,a 35 year old man identified as Nelson Oamen,alleged to have killed his 75 year old father Sunday Ehiremen Oamen with a broken bottle.He appeared before an Ebute Metta Chief Magistrates court  where he was accused of committing patricide.It was alleged that he stabbed his father on the chest and stomach while the old man was asleep,with the a broken bottle.The plea of the accused person was not taken when the charge was read to him.The presiding Chief Magistrate ordered that the accused be remanded in prison custody for the first 30 days,while his case file should be forwarded to the Director of Public Prosecution,DPP for advice.The case was adjourned till 5th of November 2015.One more photo below.          Image result for pictures of broken bottles

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”. He said: “Our orders for four attack helicopters from the United States of America will take some time to arrive.
