 NAF GETS FIRST-EVER SERVING PROFESSOR, REAFFIRMS COMMITMENT TO R&D AND ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE In a landmark achievement for the Nigerian Air Force (NAF) and a major boost to its research and development (R&D) endeavours, the Governing Council of the Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT), has approved the appointment of Air Vice Marshal Osichinaka Chiedu Ubadike as Professor of Aerospace Engineering. This makes him the first-ever serving officer in the NAF to be conferred the rank of Professor. Air Vice Marshal Ubadike, an accomplished scholar and military professional, holds a PhD and Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering and Aerospace Vehicle Design from the esteemed Cranfield University in the United Kingdom. He also possesses 3 other Masters degrees from Ahmadu Bello University and Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA), with a First-Class Bachelor of Electrical Electronics Engineering degree from NDA. READ HOW A WOMAN THREW HER 6 MONTH OLD BABY,FROM A 6 STOREY BUILDING IN NEW YORK.

                      This woman above is identified as 27 old Tenisha Fearon and she accused of murdering her 6 month old baby girl by throwing her baby out from a six storey building in New York.Yesterday thursday responding officers rushed the 6 month old baby girl identified as Janillah Lawrence,to a nearby hospital,where she was pronounced dead at 2:28pm .Eye witness told NBC New York that Tenisha Fearon,was found naked and csreaming when officers arrived.She refused to answer the door and authorities ended up having to kick it down.Another witness said that Tenisha Fearon was screaming about the devil as police escorted her out.Officers described her as emotionally disturbed,and it was said that Tenisha Fearon purportedly dangled her child from the window in front of her neighbors before dropping her baby girl.Her neighbours were yelling at her not to throw her baby and that she should think about but neighbours said she was screaming ''We're all gonna die'' that was when they called 911.Authorities found three other children,a 4 year old girl,an 8 year old girl and a 10 year old boy inside her apart,along with another parent.The children were uninjured,but were taken to St Barnabas Hospital for a precautionary evaluation,but for Tenisha Fearon,she was taken to Bronx Lebanon Hospital for a mental evaluation.Though she has not yet entered a plea but she is being charged with second degree murder.More photos below.

 Actor Baba Ijesha appeals five-year jail sentence for sexual assault Nollywood actor Olanrewaju James, known as Baba Ijesha, has filed an appeal against his conviction for the sexual assault of a minor. He has requested the Court of Appeal, Lagos Division, to overturn the ruling of the Lagos State High Court, which sentenced him to five years in prison. The conviction was handed down by Justice Oluwatoyin Taiwo (retd.) of the Ikeja Domestic Violence and Sexual Offences Court on July 14, 2022 to Baba Ijesha. Baba Ijesha through his counsel Kayode Olabiran on Tuesday, told the appeal court that his client was set up and that he acted according to a script that he was invited to act on by his colleague. “The Appellant was set up.
