 PRESIDENT TINUBU CONGRATULATES MINISTER OF STATE FOR FOREIGN AFFAIRS AMBASSADOR ENIKANOLAIYE ON HIS BIRTHDAY   President Bola Tinubu has congratulated the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Sola Enikanolaiye, on his birthday.    A statement by Bayo Onanuga, Special Adviser to the President, Information and Strategy, indicates that the President describes Ambassador Enikanolaiye as a distinguished diplomat, accomplished administrator and dedicated public servant whose career reflects professionalism, patriotism and a deep commitment to Nigeria.   Ambassador Enikanolaiye served in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from August 1982 to August 2017, rising through the ranks to become Permanent Secretary. U.S TROOPS ARRIVED IN CAMEROON,TO HELP IN DEFENSE AGAINST BOKO HARAM.

                 According Reuter,the United States is sending 300 U.S troops along with surveillance drones,to Cameroon to bolster a West African effort to counter the Nigerian militants Islamist group Boko Haram.In a notification to Congress,President Barack Obama said an advance force of about 90 military personnel began deploying on monday to Cameroon,with the consent of the Yaounde government.The troops will conduct airborne intelligence,surveillance and reconnaissance operations in the region Obama said.''These forces are equipped with weapons for the purpose of providing their own force protection and security,and they will remain in Cameroon until their support is no longer needed''.One more photo below.
