 Lara Trump admits 'it's a struggle' as she opens up about parenting her two children Lara Trump recently opened up about the everyday realities of parenting, sharing how her two children with Eric Trump Luke and Carolina couldn’t be more different.  On her podcast The Right View, she explained that Carolina, now seven, is adventurous with food and willing to try anything, while Luke, eight, is far more selective. “Every parent, you got one,” she said, calling picky eating a universal challenge. She added that their differences go beyond meals, noting how each child responds to situations in unique ways. WORLD HEALTH ORGANIZATION,SAID PROCESSED MEAT CAUSES CANCER.

                               According to the World Health Organization {WHO} who said that processed meat such as bacon,ham and sausages can cause cancer.The processed meat refers to meat that has been modified to increase its shelf life or alter its taste such as by smoking,curing or adding salt or preservatives.WHO says that consumption  of 50 grams of processed meat a day,less than two slices of bacon,increases the chances of developing colorectal cancer by 18%.However,the organization also acknowledged that meat does have health benefits.Red meat is a major source of iron,zinc and vitamin B12.The processes such as salting,smoking,curing and preservation are the factors that inrease the risk of cancer.If you ask me,people especially those in Africa,should retrace their food steps.Meaning,before the coming of processed meat,we do cook before we fry,though we might lose the nutrients during these cooking process,but i don't think any disease will survive the process of cooking the meat before frying.More photos below.
