 Hannah Harper won ‘American Idol’ and fans have a lot to say Season 24 of American Idol concluded with Hannah Harper crowned as the winner on May 11, after months of competition and weekly performances.  The finale featured Harper, Keyla Richardson, and Jordan McCullough battling for the top spot, with judges Carrie Underwood, Luke Bryan, and Lionel Richie offering feedback and global stars delivering memorable performances.  While Keyla finished in third place, the final showdown between Hannah and Jordan ended with Hannah taking home the championship title. Fans quickly celebrated the result online, praising Hannah’s talent and authenticity. WORLD HEALTH ORGANIZATION,SAID PROCESSED MEAT CAUSES CANCER.

                               According to the World Health Organization {WHO} who said that processed meat such as bacon,ham and sausages can cause cancer.The processed meat refers to meat that has been modified to increase its shelf life or alter its taste such as by smoking,curing or adding salt or preservatives.WHO says that consumption  of 50 grams of processed meat a day,less than two slices of bacon,increases the chances of developing colorectal cancer by 18%.However,the organization also acknowledged that meat does have health benefits.Red meat is a major source of iron,zinc and vitamin B12.The processes such as salting,smoking,curing and preservation are the factors that inrease the risk of cancer.If you ask me,people especially those in Africa,should retrace their food steps.Meaning,before the coming of processed meat,we do cook before we fry,though we might lose the nutrients during these cooking process,but i don't think any disease will survive the process of cooking the meat before frying.More photos below.
