 A priest in Anambra State wedded a couple yesterday, despite disputes with the bride’s father In a video circulating online, the Reverend Father narrated that The father of the bride who is from Nteje had insisted that the wedding should not take place unless his daughter swøre never to associate with his mother whom he has a quarrel with. The conflict arose from past marriage issues between the father and her mother. Before the wedding, the father repeatedly met with the priest, warning that he had already taken the bride's mother to a deity and that the girl must follow him to the shrine to appease that deity before the marriage can go on. For peace to prevail, the priest advised the couple to comply with all the father’s requests so the wedding could proceed, the priest even donated some of the items that the brides father told her to bring to use in appeasing the deity. A POPULAR IJAW MUSICIAN ''PEREAMA FREETOWN'',KIDNAPPED TODAY AT YENAGOA BY UNKNOWN GUNMEN.

                                                               According to the Nation and my sources who collaborated   this story about an hour ago and my source said a popular Ijaw musician Pereama Freetown,was today sunday abducted in Bayelsa state by unidentified gunmen.It was gathered that before kidnapping their target,the gunmen shot sporadically,killing one Ebikabowei Mbu while several others were injured.The incident occurred at about 3:00am in Polako community in Yenagoa Local government area of the state.The assailments reportedly stormed the area during a funeral wake-keep opened fire and forced people to scamper to safety.Another source said the unknown gunmen came on a speed boat through the Polako Ri.ver.One more photo below.

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”. He said: “Our orders for four attack helicopters from the United States of America will take some time to arrive. We have approached Turkey for assistance.” The President, however, stated that the delays were affecting the public’s perception of the administration’s commitment to addressing the security challenges.
