  The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) has dismissed a viral claim circulating on social media about the introduction of new ₦5,000 and ₦10,000 banknotes, labeling it as fake news. The claim, which included fabricated images of the supposed new denominations featuring Dr. Nnamdi Azikiwe and Chief Obafemi Awolowo, falsely stated that the new notes would enter circulation from May 1, 2025. In a statement on its verified Facebook account, the CBN clarified that the content is not from the bank and directed the public to its official website, (www.cbn.gov.ng), for authentic information. The bank warned against spreading misinformation regarding monetary policies and urged Nigerians to rely only on official statements from its verified channels. The CBN reaffirmed that any major policy decision, including the introduction of new banknotes, would be announced through its official platforms.                         Today thursday it was reported that according to Charlie Sheen's right hand man 34 year old Steve Han said,when Charlie Sheen learned he was HIV positive in 2011,he bled all over the carpet and even on iPad while he was surrounded by porn stars and friends during one wild night in mid-2012.When a pal lunged forward to sop up the 50 year old's blood,Charlie Sheen high on crack cocaine,suddenly flipped ''Don't touch my blood,i got this!'',he allegedly screamed.In an interview with Daily Mail,Han claims he knew something was wrong but had no idea what was really going on.According to the assistant,Charlie Sheen didn't divulge his secret diagnosis until celebrating the New Year in 2013.''He came out with it,i'm HIV positive,he was so blase about it.He was very strong about it,he said it's okay,don't cry,i'm not dying,things will get better''.In the meantime,Han says he had the responsibility of ensuring his boss took the anti-viral pills necessary to save his life.One more photo below.

 Actor Baba Ijesha appeals five-year jail sentence for sexual assault Nollywood actor Olanrewaju James, known as Baba Ijesha, has filed an appeal against his conviction for the sexual assault of a minor. He has requested the Court of Appeal, Lagos Division, to overturn the ruling of the Lagos State High Court, which sentenced him to five years in prison. The conviction was handed down by Justice Oluwatoyin Taiwo (retd.) of the Ikeja Domestic Violence and Sexual Offences Court on July 14, 2022 to Baba Ijesha. Baba Ijesha through his counsel Kayode Olabiran on Tuesday, told the appeal court that his client was set up and that he acted according to a script that he was invited to act on by his colleague. “The Appellant was set up.
