Today sunday,the streets of Apapa was packed with security men as the Late Chief Obafemi Awolowo's wife HID Awolowo was being laid to rest today at Apapa Waterside.She died about two months ago and she would have been a 100 years 25TH November 2015.She was born 25 November 1915 and i heard that Ex-Governor Ahmed Tinubu was mobbed when he arrived the venue in Apapa.May her soul rest in peace,Amen.The above picture is her body being laid in a glass coffin.More photos below.
