 NDC STATEMENT ON COURT RULING Our attention has been drawn to a ruling by the Federal High Court sitting in Lokoja this morning, wherein His Lordship, Honourable Justice Isah Dashen, gave a ruling on an application filed by an unregistered association known as Peace Movement Party. The public knows that by December 2025, the Nigeria Democratic Congress  as an association complained of INEC’s refusal to register us as a political party, whereupon we proceeded to the Federal High Court. The Federal High Court upheld our constitutional right to freedom of association under the Constitution and compelled INEC to register us, which INEC did. Since then, we have started political activities, embarked on the registration of members, held congresses from ward to national levels, held conventions, and concluded primaries to all offices following INEC’s timetable. HEAD OF CIVIL SERVICE OF THE FEDERATION,DISASSOCIATE HERSELF FROM A FAKE FACEBOOK ACCOUNT.

                        A statement issued by Mr Haruna Imrana,Director of Communications in the office of the Head of Civil Service of the Federation,yesterday tuesday in Abuja,warned the general public that the account was false and dubious.It said that the Facebook account was created in the name of the Acting Head of the Federal Civil Service of the Federation,Mrs Winifrs=ed Oyo-Ita.''The general public is hereby warned that the so called facebook account is false and dubious.The acting Head of the Civil Service has no such account.The office of the Head of Service does not advertise vacancies for employment as dubiously stated on the page''.The statement maintained that the account was a scam created by fraudsters to mislead and dupe the innocent job-seeking public.The statement therefore warned that the general public to disregard the Facebook account and any information it may carry.Anyone who engages in any form of dialogue or transaction with persons on the account,does so at his own risk.One more photo below.                                                                             B

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
