   Rivers State Police Arrest 'Veryblackman' Over Alleged Death Threats to Comedian DeeOne The Rivers State Police Command has arrested the controversial social media personality widely known as "Veryblackman" (also identified as Veryblackman of Port Harcourt or VeryDarkMan’s brother) following allegations that he threatened the life of Nigerian comedian and reality television star, DeeOne. The suspect was taken into custody on Saturday after he reportedly ignored prior invitations from law enforcement. Following his arrest in Rivers State, he was immediately transferred to Lagos on Sunday to face further questioning and investigation. The Origin of the Threat The feud between the two online figures reached a boiling point in June 2026, when Veryblackman allegedly threatened to kill DeeOne. MANY PEOPLE WERE KILLED IN A BANK ROBBERY TODAY,IN EDO STATE.

                   Today wednesday,several people including policemen were killed during a bank robbery at Igara headquarters of Akoko Edo  local government area of Edo state.A security guard at the bank was killed at the operation which eyewitness said lasted one hour.The robbery operation was said to have begun at about 6am today shortly after the state's Police Commissioner,Chris Ezike,left Auchi which is about 30 minutes drive from Igara.An eyewitness said the robbers killed a guard and started shooting people after ransacking the bank and attacking policemen at the police station.Many people are receiving treatment at an undisclosed hospital in the area.Another witness said the robbers were heavily armed and engaged the police in a shoot out.One more photo below.
