 KADIRS Warns Residents Against Fake Revenue Collectors, Introduces E-Demand Notice As Sole Payment Authorization The Kaduna State Internal Revenue Service (KADIRS) has cautioned taxpayers and residents of Kaduna State against making revenue payments without first obtaining an official E-Demand Notice (Pay Advice), warning that fraudsters may exploit outdated payment processes to defraud the public. In a public announcement issued on Thursday, KADIRS said the move forms part of its ongoing efforts to automate revenue collection and enhance transparency across the state.  The agency disclosed that manual demand notices previously used for Local Government revenue collection have been phased out and are no longer recognized. According to KADIRS, the E-Demand Notice (Pay Advice) has officially replaced the former Local Government Harmonized Demand Notice and is now the only valid document for on-the-spot taxpayer assessment through the state's Central Billing System. Shocking claims: The National Enquirer is reporting that Sheen is HIV positive                     According to the National Enquirer magazine who is claiming in their recent edition that Hollywood actor Charlie Sheen is HIV positive and two hours after they released their story Peoples magazine confirmed the news with Crisis manager Howard Braghman.Sources told National Enquirere that ''Charlie had sex with multiple partners since learning his HIV status without informing them of his potentially deadly HIV infection.Charlie hired escorts,and him being HIV positive never entered these women's minds.The fact he was playing Russian roulette with their lives,while the women were playing Russian roulette with the propect of becoming pregnant by Sheen and being set for life''.Enquirer is also reporting that one of the women who was allegedly exposed,settled a civil action against the actor.Sheen has been married three times and has five children.One more photo below.                                                                                                                Opening up: Charlie Sheen (above in May) will appear on Today Tuesday morning and speak with Matt Lauer
