 Court Jails Fake American, Two others in Kaduna   Justice A.A Isiaka of the Kaduna State High Court, sitting in Kaduna has convicted and sentenced a fake American,  Stephen Thomas to five years imprisonment.  He was jailed after pleading guilty to one-count charge bordering on impersonation by the Kaduna Zonal Command of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC.   His charge reads: “That you, Stephen Thomas (a.k.a Rolanda Collins), male, sometimes in February,  2024 at Narayi Kaduna within the jurisdiction of this Honourable Court fraudulently impersonated one Rolando Collins (an American citizen) on Facebook and in such assumed character, cheated one Kate Stewarton (an American citizen) the sum of $100(One Hundred USD) and you thereby committed an offence contrary to Section 308 and punishable under Section 309 of the Kaduna State Penal Code Law 2017.”   He pleaded “guilty” to the charge when it was read to him which prompted the prosecution counsel, M. Shocking claims: The National Enquirer is reporting that Sheen is HIV positive                     According to the National Enquirer magazine who is claiming in their recent edition that Hollywood actor Charlie Sheen is HIV positive and two hours after they released their story Peoples magazine confirmed the news with Crisis manager Howard Braghman.Sources told National Enquirere that ''Charlie had sex with multiple partners since learning his HIV status without informing them of his potentially deadly HIV infection.Charlie hired escorts,and him being HIV positive never entered these women's minds.The fact he was playing Russian roulette with their lives,while the women were playing Russian roulette with the propect of becoming pregnant by Sheen and being set for life''.Enquirer is also reporting that one of the women who was allegedly exposed,settled a civil action against the actor.Sheen has been married three times and has five children.One more photo below.                                                                                                                Opening up: Charlie Sheen (above in May) will appear on Today Tuesday morning and speak with Matt Lauer

 Actor Baba Ijesha appeals five-year jail sentence for sexual assault Nollywood actor Olanrewaju James, known as Baba Ijesha, has filed an appeal against his conviction for the sexual assault of a minor. He has requested the Court of Appeal, Lagos Division, to overturn the ruling of the Lagos State High Court, which sentenced him to five years in prison. The conviction was handed down by Justice Oluwatoyin Taiwo (retd.) of the Ikeja Domestic Violence and Sexual Offences Court on July 14, 2022 to Baba Ijesha. Baba Ijesha through his counsel Kayode Olabiran on Tuesday, told the appeal court that his client was set up and that he acted according to a script that he was invited to act on by his colleague. “The Appellant was set up. Namtira Bwala has threatened to file a lawsuit against the school authorities if her abusers are not punished within 48 hours. In a letter drafted by her lawyers, Deji Adeyanju and Co, Namtira asked the school authorities to immediately investigate and pronounce the stiffest punishments in the student’s rule book on Ms.Maryam Hassan, Miss Faliya, and nine other students who bullied her.
