 Anambra HOS Visits Ministry of Women Affairs Again, Warns On Absenteeism, Insurbordination By Stella Anekwe The Anambra State Head of Service, Ngozi Anuli Iwouno Esq.,mni, on April 29, visited the Ministry of Women Affairs , 29 days after her first visit, warning workers of absenteeism and insurbordination. She frowned at the lack of respect and insubordination witnessed among the staff against the Permanent Secretary of the ministry, warning that if such is reported again, she would post out all the staff. She reminded the workers at the ministry of Women Affairs that the ministry is the gateway of the grassroots to the civil service hence, the workers should be puntual and service oriented always. She said that with the 216 lawyers in the Ministry of Justice that the civil service has enough lawyers for litigation against those flagrantly disobeying the civil service rules and code of service. Shocking claims: The National Enquirer is reporting that Sheen is HIV positive                     According to the National Enquirer magazine who is claiming in their recent edition that Hollywood actor Charlie Sheen is HIV positive and two hours after they released their story Peoples magazine confirmed the news with Crisis manager Howard Braghman.Sources told National Enquirere that ''Charlie had sex with multiple partners since learning his HIV status without informing them of his potentially deadly HIV infection.Charlie hired escorts,and him being HIV positive never entered these women's minds.The fact he was playing Russian roulette with their lives,while the women were playing Russian roulette with the propect of becoming pregnant by Sheen and being set for life''.Enquirer is also reporting that one of the women who was allegedly exposed,settled a civil action against the actor.Sheen has been married three times and has five children.One more photo below.                                                                                                                Opening up: Charlie Sheen (above in May) will appear on Today Tuesday morning and speak with Matt Lauer
