 NDC STATEMENT ON COURT RULING Our attention has been drawn to a ruling by the Federal High Court sitting in Lokoja this morning, wherein His Lordship, Honourable Justice Isah Dashen, gave a ruling on an application filed by an unregistered association known as Peace Movement Party. The public knows that by December 2025, the Nigeria Democratic Congress  as an association complained of INEC’s refusal to register us as a political party, whereupon we proceeded to the Federal High Court. The Federal High Court upheld our constitutional right to freedom of association under the Constitution and compelled INEC to register us, which INEC did. Since then, we have started political activities, embarked on the registration of members, held congresses from ward to national levels, held conventions, and concluded primaries to all offices following INEC’s timetable. NIGER REPUBLIC AIR FORCE,BOMBS BOKO HARAM CAMPS & ARRESTED 20 MILITANTS.

                             Niger air force bombed a Boko Haram base in the southeast and arrested more than 20 militants.Government forces tracked the militants after a soldier was killed when a military vehicle was blown up by remote control by the group near Lake Chad on Monday.A Military source said ''Our air forces destroyed this nest,but we do not yet have an official death toll''In October,Niger's parliament approved a three month extension of a 15 day state of emergency in Diffa in order to boost security.A long awaited 8,700 regional task force is set to begin joint raids on Boko Haram's last enclaves when the rainy season ends soon.Said a top U.N official in West Africa.One more photo below.
