 NDC STATEMENT ON COURT RULING Our attention has been drawn to a ruling by the Federal High Court sitting in Lokoja this morning, wherein His Lordship, Honourable Justice Isah Dashen, gave a ruling on an application filed by an unregistered association known as Peace Movement Party. The public knows that by December 2025, the Nigeria Democratic Congress  as an association complained of INEC’s refusal to register us as a political party, whereupon we proceeded to the Federal High Court. The Federal High Court upheld our constitutional right to freedom of association under the Constitution and compelled INEC to register us, which INEC did. Since then, we have started political activities, embarked on the registration of members, held congresses from ward to national levels, held conventions, and concluded primaries to all offices following INEC’s timetable. ANYBODY PREACHING VIOLENCE TO REALIZE BIAFRA,IS A DAY DREAMER-UWAZURUIKE.

                  According to AIT TV,he made the announcement yesterday sunday while addressing newsmen at the Ikemba Ojukwu Memorial Library in Oweri.Uwazuruike said ''MASOB was not in any way involved in that demonstration but the only difference was that the former MASSOB Director of Information Uchenna Madu who had been expelled was their spokesman and we sincerely sympathize with the families of those who lost their lives and who were in one way or the other affected in that exercise.It is our obligation to offer this unreserved apology because we were the first to speak of Biafra in Nigeria in 1999''.Uwazuruike who had earlier addresses a crowd of MASSOB supporters explained that the change in name became necessary following the strange introduction of violence in the struggle to actualize the Sovereign State of Biafra by a faction allegedly sympathetic to Nnamdi Kanu of Radio Biafra,London.''If you block roads,impede free flow of traffic and force traders to close markets,you are violent and all these are against the non-violence principle of MASSOB''.Uwazuruike made it abundantly clear that Biafra could not be realized through violence and that the South-East is land-locked with no neighbouring countries for possible assistance when it matters most,stressing that anybody preaching violence to realize Biafra is a day dreamer.One more photo below.

    The south east should forget about biafra until they are able to speak with one voice.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
