Marilyn Manson's sexual assault case by former assistant reinstated under new California law A previously dismissed sexual assault case against Marilyn Manson, filed by former assistant Ashley Walters, was revived Monday in Los Angeles Superior Court under a new California law extending the statute of limitations for certain sexual abuse claims. Judge Steve Cochran granted Walters’ motion for reconsideration, vacating his December 2025 ruling that had dismissed the case and allowing it to proceed toward trial. The original suit, first filed in 2021, accused Manson, whose legal name is Brian Warner, of sexual harassment, sexual battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and wrongful termination based on her time working for him in 2010–2011. Previous attempts to move the case forward were blocked because the claims were made years after the alleged incidents, with courts initially ruling that the delayed discovery doctrine did not apply. PETROL WOULD SOON BE AVAILABLE-NUPENG.

                         The Naton Union of Petroleum and Natural Gas {NUPENG} Workers on Monday says that petrol would soon be available in filling stations across the country.Mr Tokunbo Korodo,Chairman of of the Union told pressmen that there had been improvement on loading of petroleum at the deports in Lagos.He observed that Nigerians would appreciate the present regime if it could reduce the price of petroleum.The NUPENG Chairman said that the government meant well for all and sundry,in spite of the few greedy that worked to frustrate genine intentions.NAN reports that the Minister of state for petroleum,Dr.Ibe Kachikwu,had earlier said that a price modulation in petrol would begin by January 2016.Kachikwu disclosed this during his inspection of the Port Harcourt Refinery Company {PHRC} on Christmas day.One more photo below.

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”. He said: “Our orders for four attack helicopters from the United States of America will take some time to arrive. We have approached Turkey for assistance.” The President, however, stated that the delays were affecting the public’s perception of the administration’s commitment to addressing the security challenges.
