 GOVERNOR ABBA  YUSUF SACKS  KANO STATE HEAD OF SERVICE   The Executive Governor of Kano State, Abba Kabir Yusuf, has relieved the State Head of Service, Abdullahi Musa, of his appointment with immediate effect. In a statement  by the Director General, Media and Publicity to the Governor, Sunusi Bature Dawakin Tofa, the decision is part of the ongoing efforts by the present administration to reposition the state civil service for greater efficiency, discipline, and improved service delivery across all government institutions. Governor Yusuf expressed appreciation to the outgoing Head of Service for his contributions and dedication to the service of the State  The statement further directed that Bilkisu Shehu Maimota, the Permanent Secretary, Admin and General Services at the Cabinet Office, to serve in an  acting capacity pending the appointment of a substantive Head of Service. THE BOMB AL-SHABAAB MILITANTS WERE PLANTING TO KILL PEOPLE WITH,BLEW THEM UP INSTEAD TODAY IN KENYA.

               A suspected Al-Shabaab fighter was killed and several wounded after an improvised Explosive Device they were mounting on the road,exploded on them.The militants were escaping from the police who had intercepted them.The incident occurred today saturday at Dabasti area near the town of Elwak in Kenya.A manhunt is currently underway for the gang that escaped.Security patrols have since intensified in major cities after authorities warned that terror threats in the country were real following the split of Al-Shabaab into two one group supporting ISIL and the other Al-Qaeda.
