 NDC STATEMENT ON COURT RULING Our attention has been drawn to a ruling by the Federal High Court sitting in Lokoja this morning, wherein His Lordship, Honourable Justice Isah Dashen, gave a ruling on an application filed by an unregistered association known as Peace Movement Party. The public knows that by December 2025, the Nigeria Democratic Congress  as an association complained of INEC’s refusal to register us as a political party, whereupon we proceeded to the Federal High Court. The Federal High Court upheld our constitutional right to freedom of association under the Constitution and compelled INEC to register us, which INEC did. Since then, we have started political activities, embarked on the registration of members, held congresses from ward to national levels, held conventions, and concluded primaries to all offices following INEC’s timetable. THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE DEMONSTRATED IN BAYELSA STATE TODAY,OVER THE CANCELLATION OF THE ELECTION IN SOUTHERN IJAW.

               The youths and women who were demonstrating today wednesday,barricaded major roads in Yenogoa,.to protest the cancellation of the election in Southern Ijaw Local Government Area by the Independent National Electoral Commission {INEC}.The youths who demanded the immediate sacking of the Resident Electoral Commissioner {REC} MR Baritor Kpagir,also called for the urgent release of the Southern Ijaw Election results.The youths said the REC erred for cancelling an election that had been conducted with results collated and pasted in various wards.Scores of physically challenged persons on wheelchair also joined the protest which was peacefully coordinated by armed riot policemen.More photos below.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
