  Tragedy Strikes As Promising Councillor Hon. Chukwuma Okpalauzuegbu Is Laid To Rest On Intended wedding Day  By Charity Ejiofor  A day that was meant to mark a joyful union has instead become one of deep sorrow for family, friends, and the Aguata community, following the sudden passing of Hon. Chukwuma Christopher Okpalauzuegbu, the councillor representating Amesi Ward. Hon. Okpalauzuegbu fondly known as Chuma, had been preparing to celebrate his wedding ceremony, an event filled with hope, promise and carefully laid plans. Loved ones, and sponsors, ready to stand beside him as he embark on a new chapter of life. In an unexpected and heart breaking turn of events, those dreams were cut short. VICE PRESIDENT OF NIGERIA OSINBAJO,ARRIVED BURKINA FASO TODAY FOR THEIR PRESIDENTIAL INAUGURATION.

              Vice President Yemi Osinbajo {SAN} represented President Muhammadu Buhari today at the inauguration of a new and democratically elected president of Burkina Faso,Roch Marc Christian Kabore.Kabore emerged the winner last month after their general elections in Burkina Faso.Earlier in September 2015,President Buhari had presided over an Extra-ordinary session of ECOWAS leaders in Abuja regarding a military coup that took place that month in Burkina Faso.The meeting called for the restoration of civil rule and supported the progress of the political transition.This culminated in the November presidential and parliamentary elections in the country.Osinbajo represented President Bhari at the follow up meeting of select ECOWAS leaders in the nation's capital city Ouagadougou.That meeting contributed to the termination of the military coup and restoration of Burkina Faso's democratic transition.More photos below.
