 ‘I’ll turn off the mic’ — Remi Tinubu reins in Adeleke’s singing at Ooni’s anniversary First Lady Oluremi Tinubu cautioned Ademola Adeleke, the Osun state governor, for prolonged singing during his remarks at the 10th coronation anniversary celebration of Adeyeye Ogunwusi, the Ooni of Ife. The moment, captured in a now-viral video, occurred as the governor mounted the podium on Sunday to pay tribute to the monarch and to congratulate the Remi on her newly bestowed chieftaincy title, Yeye Asiwaju Gbogbo Ile Oodua. Rather than proceed immediately with his formal message, Adeleke, popularly known as the “Dancing Governor” for his spirited public appearances, burst into a short musical chant, drawing laughter from parts of the audience. A NEW DRUG TESTED ON HUMANS IN FRANCE,LEFT 1 PERSON BRAIN DEAD AND OTHERS HOSPITALISED TODAY.

                    According to French Health Minister Marisol Touraine said today friday that one person has been left brain dead and five others have been hospitalised after taking part in a clinical trial in France of an experimental drug made by Portuguese drug company Bial,In total,90 people have taken part in the trial,taking some dosage of the drug aimed at tackling mood and anxiety issues,as well as movement coordination disorders linked to neurology issues.The six men aged 28 to 49 had been in good health until taking the oral medication at the Biotrial private facility that specialises in clinical trials.The minister said in a conference after meeting volunteers and their families in Rennes''This is unprecedented.We'll do everything to understand what happened''.Prosecutors have opened an investigation into the case.The six men started taking the drug on January 7.The brain dead volunteer was admitted to a hospital on monday,the minister said.For three of the five others who went in on wednesday and thursday there are fears of irreversible handicap,doctor Gilles Edan said,though he still hoped that would not be the case.One of the six had symptoms but was being carefully monitored.One more photo below.
