  President Bola Tinubu has identified the creative economy as a pivotal element of his administration’s economic diversification agenda, reaffirming his commitment to positioning Nigeria’s creative sector as a driving force for global influence. The President stated this at the launch of the 2024 Abuja International Carnival at Eagle Square, Abuja. President Tinubu, represented by Vice-President Kashim Shettima, said the carnival reaffirms the essence of who Nigerians are—”a people of culture, a people of art, a people of colour, and a people of shared values”. A NEW SEXUALLY TRANSMITTED DISEASE WILL EMERGE IN 2016-PASTOR ADEBOYE .

                       I just got a report from some sources who attends the Redeemed Christian Church of God said their General Overseer Pastor Enoch Adeboye said on thursday in his prophesies for 2016 at the Cross Over Service,warned that a new sexually transmitted disease will emerge during the year.He also said that the socio-economic issues in the country would get worse before they improve.He also said that natural diassters like flood,fires,earthquakes,are likely to get progressively realise that these are part of divine judgement against those who have unholy laws.If governments will repent of disdaining Christ and his church,he will help them win the fight against terrorism.He also said a major war will be averted and some families will trace the beginning of their generational blessings to this year etc.One more photo below.

  SSANU, NASU threaten strike over withheld salaries The Joint Action Committee of the Senior Staff Association of Nigerian Universities and the Non-Academic Staff Union of Educational and Associated Institutions have threatened to disrupt industrial peace in universities should the government fail to release the withheld salaries of members. The salaries were seized by the administration of former President Muhammadu Buhari during their strike in 2022. The unions, in a joint letter signed on Friday by the President of SSANU, Muhammed Ibrahim and General Secretary of NASU, Peters Adeyemi, questioned the rationale with which the government released four months withheld salaries to members of the Academic Staff Union of Universities but failed to release the withheld salaries of non-academic staff.
